The Brown Banana Frog (Afrixalus dorsalis) is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Angola, Cameroon, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and possibly Togo. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, ponds, seasonally flooded agricultural land, and canals and ditches.
